Beef rendang
INGREDIENTS
  • 300g Sweet potato cubes
  • 100ml Fresh cream
  • 1 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 5g Rosemary
  • 2 200g Beef rump
  • 2 T Peanut oil
  • 3 T Green curry paste
  • 400ml Coconut cream
  • 1 t fish sauce
  • 1 Lime, zested 1
  • Lemongrass
  • 1 Tomato, deseeded and cubed
  • 50g Chopped onion
  • 2g Coriander leaves
  • 1 T White balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper
  • * 1 t UD Salt
Cajun chicken with fennel
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 t UD Cajun spice
  • 3 T Olive oil – from your pantry
  • 1 Large Fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 T Fennel leaves, chopped
  • 3 Celery ribs, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 1 Sliced avocado
  • 80g Crumbled feta
  • * 1 t UD Salt
Ginger, lime and chili chicken
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Chicken quarters
  • 1 t Achar spice
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Thumb Ginger, finely grated
  • 1 T Peanut oil
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced
  • 240g Tender stem broccoli
  • 80ml Soy
  • 1 T White sugar

Lamb burger with cauliflower “bun” and red onion marmalade
INGREDIENTS
  • 300g Lamb mince
  • 100g Red onion marmalade
  • 100ml Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tomato – sliced
  • 15g Wild rocket
  • 1 Sweet and sour gherkins – sliced
  • 240g Cauli rice
  • 2 Eggs – from your pantry
