Following the announcement on 23 March from the President that there will be a nationwide lockdown, we want to reassure you that we will be operating as normal. Urban Direct will continue to operate as a Food Provider, delivering tasty meal prep options to your door on a weekly basis.

We encourage you to place your orders as normal and we will deliver to your door.

We take health and safety very seriously and this is our number one concern at this time!

Our measure of food quality has and always will be of the highest standard. Our sister company UrbanFoods, who handles all our food sourcing, packing, packaging and delivery have passed the pre-audit of the FSSN 22000 Food Management Quality Audit. FSSN 22000 is one of the highest quality accreditations for food management in the world. FSSN 22000 provides us with a trusted brand assurance platform to manage our quality. OUR SERVICE WILL CONTINUE.

We use our own delivery vehicles and we will continue to provide you with the high quality of service and products you are accustomed to. We will be implementing contactless deliveries and social distancing measures to help protect both you and our delivery team.

Our drivers have been instructed to keep a safe distance away from customers and to place packages on a surface indicated by the customer for the customer to handle the package further themselves. All drivers have also been provided with sanitizer to utilise before and after each delivery.
