CHIMICHURRI PICANHA STEAK WITH SWEET POTATO MASH
INGREDIENTS
  • 400g Sweet potato, washed, peeled and
  • cut into blocks
  • 50g Butter
  • 20g Flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 20g Coriander, chopped
  • 10g Mint, chopped
  • 10g Origanum, chopped
  • 2.5ml Garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juice and zest – use to taste
  • 300g Picanha steak
  • * 1 t UD Salt
PERSIAN LAMB WITH SAFFRON RICE
INGREDIENTS
  • 300g Lean lamb leg, cubed
  • 1.5 T Greek yogurt
  • 1 Lemon, zest and juice – use to taste
  • 2.5ml Garlic, crushed
  • 150g Basmati rice
  • 15g Butter
  • Small pinch Saffron
  • 25g Raisins
  • 2 Carrots, grated
  • 8g Mint leaves
  • * 1 t UD Salt
SESAME BUTTERFLIED CHICKEN WITH ASIAN SLAW AND NOODLES
INGREDIENTS
  • 150g Vermicelli noodles
  • 300g Chicken breasts butterflied
  • 60g Spring onion chopped
  • 200g Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 100g Sugar snap peas sliced
  • 30ml Sesame seeds
  • 2 Limes – use to taste
  • 30ml Soy sauce
  • * 1 t UD Salt
TANDOORI PORK WITH PAN FRIED POTATO, ONION AND RED PEPPER
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 200g pork chops
  • 1 Pkt Tandoori sauce
  • 400g Potato, cubed
  • 100g Butter
  • 1 Red pepper, deseeded, cut into small blocks
  • ½ Red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 t Vegetable stock powder
  • 10g Parsley, chopped
  • * 1 t UD Salt
